Originally four old Arabic houses transformed into a hotel ( 28 rooms), situated on the historical Straight Street Madhat Basha St. in the heart of the old city of Damascus. From the terrace – Al Areesha – you can see the Roman Arc of Triumph and Bab Sharky Gate( The Eastern gate, one of the seven gates of old Damascus ) Once inside the hotel, you will be welcomed by the amazing courtyards with its carved stone work over the niches, inlaid with colored paste work, the central fountains and the fascinating scent of citrus trees, jasmines and other flowers.

Start the day with our delicious breakfast in the - Damasco Hall – decorated with its authentic stalactites ceiling.
Once you have savored our breakfast, and since Beit Zaman is perfectly situated within an easy access to the main touristic sight of old Damascus, you can start your exploration by visiting Mosques, Churches, Khans, Hammams, Oriental Souks and others …..
